Donation Form Linkages

The following are donation form linkages between a communication source and a campaign donation form. These linkages will allow us to track the source effectiveness for each communication source.

The links should be used by webpage authors, email editors, social media content providers and barcode applications.

Email Example:

     Email author is sending a summer appeal message for scholarship contributions

     The author should

• Click the "Scholarship" link from the Email column to validate the donation presentation for the message
• If correct, copy of URL title from your browser, then past the link in your message text or image
• The link should look similar to "https://haitischolars.app.neoncrm.com/forms/email-scholarship

Barcode Example:

      A poster is being created for an event to support the health campaign

     The poster creator can

• Click the "See Form" button below the Barcode Image table to validate the donation presentation
• If correct, click the barcode image and copy/paste the barcode image into the poster or sticker
